The Session is calling a Congregational Meeting for Tuesday, September 16, in order to:

 

1.  Share with the congregation information regarding the resignation of TE Coppersmith and our life together as Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Members of the Presbytery’s Minister and Church Care Committee will be with us that evening as well.

 

2. Open the nomination process for Church Officers.

 

3. Present the 2014-2015 fiscal year budget.

 

A POTLUCK DINNER will begin our evening at 6:00 PM.
 
 It is IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER so we can provide plenty of meat, desserts and beverages.  

Please BRING A SIDE DISH TO SHARE.

 

The meeting will begin at 6:45 and end at 8:00.  

 

Please come and join us at whatever time is most convenient for you.

 

Childcare and activities will be available for our covenant children to help our families to attend.
